To ensure a smooth ordering experience, please review the following important information before placing your order:

• Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs procedures. In rare cases, delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

• For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

• We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses in the United States and many other countries. To avoid delays or delivery issues, please provide a complete physical address, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable.

Most of our tools are easy to clean with warm water and mild soap. Specific cleaning instructions are included with each product.

We have a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order only if your item doesn’t arrive or if you received the wrong product.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at shopsmoooth@gmail.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — we won’t accept unsolicited returns.

If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, please contact us immediately so we can fix it.

Note: Sale items, gift cards, personalized products, and personal care goods (like beauty items) are non-returnable.

If you’re in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, as long as items meet the above conditions.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
